These terms cover the use of stonaria.com. They are short because
this site does not yet sell anything directly.

NOTHING IS SOLD THROUGH THIS WEBSITE TODAY

Every piece here is quoted and confirmed through a conversation. A price
shown or quoted is an invitation to talk, not an offer capable of
acceptance, and no contract exists until we have both confirmed the material,
the quantity, the finish and the terms in writing.

WHAT A PHOTOGRAPH CAN AND CANNOT PROMISE

Every stone is photographed under three lighting conditions precisely because
a single photograph misleads. Even so: stone is a natural material, and no
two slabs are identical. Colour, veining, translucency and background
brightness vary between blocks, between slabs from the same block, and under
your own lighting. What you see here is an honest record of the material we
held when it was photographed. It is not a specification, and it is not a
guarantee that your slab will match it.

For anything where the match matters, ask for a sample or ask to see the
actual slab. We will always say yes.

ACCOUNTS

Accounts on this site are by invitation. An invitation is issued to one
person and one email address, and it is not transferable. You are
responsible for what happens under your sign-in; tell us at once if you think
someone else has it.

We may withdraw access to an account that is used to abuse the site or
another person. We will say why.

WHAT IS OURS

The photographs, the written descriptions and the design of this site belong
to Stonaria. The stones themselves, obviously, belong to the earth and then
to whoever buys them. Please do not reproduce our photography commercially
without asking — ask, and the answer is usually yes.

LIABILITY

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our
negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to
exclude. Beyond that, our liability in connection with this website is
limited to the amount you have paid us.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at
[CITY OF JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction.
