Grown inside underground caverns near Iran, where dripping, mineral-laden water built this banding the way a candle builds wax, one pass at a time. It is the sort of material that gets reserved before it is even fully cut. Smooth and dense underhand. A bright light drawn across deep amber with darker vein banding moves like something is glowing just beneath the surface, not simply sitting on top of it. Built for backlit walls and bar fronts — the surfaces a space is designed around, not simply finished with.
