Location: Australia · Stone: Marble · Rarity: Ultra Rare Deep beneath Australia, mineral impurities were folded into recrystallising limestone as it became marble — the exact veining you see here is that folding, frozen in place. It is scarce enough that most who work in stone have only seen it in photographs. Smooth to the touch, faintly cool. A bright light drawn across deep green with white vein reveals depth within depth, layer behind layer, the way a forest looks from just inside its edge. Chosen most often for feature walls and tabletops, where its character has the space to be the whole point of the room.
