Location: Morocco · Stone: Marble · Rarity: Very Rare This began as sediment on an ancient seabed near Morocco, compressed and reheated over millions of years until its structure gave way and reformed as marble. It is uncommon enough to be requested by name, not by category. Smooth and cool, almost soft to the touch despite its density. A bright light passed over warm beige with fossil detail settles into it gently, without the glare a darker stone would throw back. Chosen most often for flooring and cladding, where its character has the space to be the whole point of the room.
