Paonazzo Extra

Marble

A white marble that runs to violet and rust where the veining thickens, in patches broad enough to look painted. The name comes from the Italian for peacock. It is the least predictable of the Carrara whites and the most likely to produce a slab nobody expected, which is either the appeal or the objection.
