Location: Egypt · Stone: Marble · Rarity: Rare Deep beneath Egypt, mineral impurities were folded into recrystallising limestone as it became marble — the exact veining you see here is that folding, frozen in place. It is not rare by accident, simply not something every quarry bothers to cut this well. Cool and faintly powdery underhand at first touch, then perfectly smooth once polished. Under bright light, warm golden beige, even field seems to hold the glow rather than merely reflect it. Built for volume flooring and cladding — the surfaces a space is designed around, not simply finished with.
