It is the sort of material that gets reserved before it is even fully cut. It feels composed and quietly substantial in the hand. Lit well, rose-pink with grey drift softens the light around it rather than simply catching it. Chosen most often for heritage cladding and flooring, where its character has the space to be the whole point of the room.
